MSN contacts improperly shown as "mobile"

Description

With the 1.0.1 update, some of my MSN contacts are now being shown as "mobile" when they sign out, even though signing in with the official Microsoft Messenger client shows them properly as "offline". MSN contacts using Adium do not seem to be affected.

I have to assume this is a libgaim issue... but as it is only affecting MSN for me, I've filed it with the MSN component.

This was a bug on the gaim project page as well... and there's another just like it here (dupe).

Since you can still communcate with the contact without issue, making this lower priority and minor severity.

Yes, I can communicate with the contacts without issue... unless you consider not knowing whether they're actually online or not an issue. But you're right, it's not a high severity problem.

#6482, presumably, should be closed as a duplicate.
