Brian 'bgannin' Ganninger
Biography
Brian Ganninger is a former developer who started in late 2003 (taking a hiatus during the latter part of 2005) and retired in late 2007. Major contributions to the project include the initial implementation of the emoticon menu [with support for multiple emoticon packs], the first redesign of the Log Viewer including account and contact list filters as well as log file deletion, and he was incidentally responsible for contact list styles, which originated as a collection [then called an "adiumTheme"] of over 120 different preferences into a simple file that could be double-clicked on, and the iChat Import Assistant. Minor contributions include Contact Notes support for adding text notes to a contact, deletion support for emoticon packs and dock icons, a warning prompt when deleting logs, and more subtle tweaks and refinements than you can shake a stick at.
Brian runs Infinite Nexus Software, an independent shareware company that develops software such as Compare Folders, DriveGauge, and dotMac Menu.
He's sick enough to read Apple's Human Interface Guidelines (front to back) for fun, has a huge dose of OCD when it comes to UI perfection, and listens waaaay too much to his iPod. He's also firmly an Autobot, 'til all are one''
