Very small disclosure area on meta contacts

Meta contacts have a very small area in their left area (where a disclosure triangle would normally be) where clicking will expand or contract them. Probably need to follow the -mouseDown: chain to see where it's happening. Might be default behavior we need to disable.

That, or we can make meta contacts have a disclosure triangle to expand/contract them, which might be nice too.

I think having the disclosure triangle would be much better... at the moment there is no visual representation when a contact is a meta-contact until you context-click on them.

Haha,with my list layout this spot is a 2-pixel wide area right on the edge of the list. Would we have enough room to throw in a disclosure triangle?

I'm concerned that it would a disclosure triangle on metacontacts would:

1. Be very ugly
2. Break the illusion that a metacontact is a single person on your contact list, which is what a metacontact is supposed to be

Perhaps a disclosure triangle on the right side? It'd be very nice to not have to use contextual menus to do so (since dragging into a meta contact and pausing will expand it, which can be useful too)

Err.. right side of the things weighted on the left (so to the left of the name, but to the right of icons)? It might break the vertical lineup of names though.

A way to prevent breaking the vertical line-up of names would be to have it appear on mouse over of the status icon - similar to the close icon in chat tabs. We would need to remember to always show the disclosure triangle if the user doesn't have status icons visible in their appearance preferences though.

(In [23987]) Revert part of [23278] to allow all outline views to expand or collapse based on where we think the disclosure arrow is. Fixes #10027. This exacerbates the problem of meta contacts expanding in the contact list with a single click on the left side, refs #9979.
