Hiding idle times in contact list does not resize the list horizontally

[23658] introduced a new bug when it fixed the display of idle times on a contact list that automatically resizes.

To reproduce you simply have to turn on the option to display idle time beside the name, and then turn the option back off. The contact list will size out to display the full idle times, but when the option is turned back off, the contact list remains sized out to display the idle times despite the fact that the idle times are not actually being displayed, leading to a lopsided contact list.

Attached are two screenshots of the behavior. If you set the idle time to display below the name, when the option is turned off the list displays properly. It only displays improperly when the idle time is set to display beside the name.
