This issue involves the get info screen's scrollbar failing to show up a lot. I am attaching the screenshot.

I get this problem too. The scroll bar isn't really missing, just not showing up until you mess around with it. If you highlight the text that's half missing the scroll bar will appear but as soon as you move around with it, the scroll bar will glitch. This isn't just the get info window, you can locate this problem in any window in Adium that has a scroll bar if it's positioned accordingly. Another example would be in the status preference pane where the scroll bar could be glitched. Here are two movies that show this glitch in the get info window and the status preference pane:

Oh, and I don't think it's too easy to reproduce but this problem happens every once and a while.

Appears to be fixed in [15334] by the AIAutoScrollView changes

I can reproduce this bug again in version 1.03b3. I've seen it occur in the log viewer and the get info window.

I'm fairly confident that this is the same basic problem as #6725 but in a different location. I'm guessing this because I've never seen this with my MSN contacts, who commonly have plenty of information in that pane to make it scroll at least a few times - always showing the scrollbar. If you look in the video for #8078 you can see that the amount of info in that pane is just a tiny amount - not enough to make the scrollbar appear/disappear regularly - it's as if it's trying to do that, but there's only enough info in the pane to do it once. So basically I think this issue is catching the 'tail end' of that problem.
I think this may be fixable simply by padding the info by a couple new lines if it's too small to start with.

With the new get info window for 1.3 this ticket dies. Even if there's another issue that crops up with scrollbars and the new window, we should have a new ticket for it.
