Invisible status doesn't work with ICQ 2003b; 5; 6; Trillian; Miranda

In order to  http://trac.adiumx.com/ticket/2706#comment:24 I open a new ticket, for this issue.

The invisible status doesn't work, as it should be.
I am visible to all contacts in my list, whether they are on my invisible list, or not. I am shown as invisible, not online, not away,...
But that's not right for those, who aren't on my invisible list.

I'm using ICQ.
My contacts use ICQ 2003b, ICQ 5, ICQ 6, Trillian and Miranda.
I've tested it with all clients, and the result is the same.
