SSL handshake failed is treated as a fatal error

Description

We should try reconnecting; this is typically a temporary problem with the connection.

This is not fixed in 1.2.2.

The exact error message in the dialog is: 

xxx@googlemail.com (GTalk) : Error
SSL Connection Failed

The "SSL Handshake Failed" message was fixed, which is what you wrote about. The SSL Connection Failed message was not.
