Change drop shadow style in Stockholm to mock 10.5.0-1 behaviour

10.5.2 changed the way text-shadow rendering using CSS behaves in WebKit, fixing a bug in 10.5.0 and 10.5.1. See  http://islayer.com/blog/?p=255. I propose a change to Stockholm to revert to the earlier, more beautiful, text shadow style that has a smaller amount of shadow.
