Missing 'Jabber ID' field when adding Jabber account

Description
I am using Adium X version 1.2.1, on OS X Leopard (10.5.1). The localization of OS X is set to Dutch (The Netherlands), and Adium X thus also uses its Dutch localization elements.
When adding a new Jabber account, the account tab of the Adium X userinterface shows only a Password textfield, but the expected Jabber ID textfield on the account tab is completely missing / invisible. This makes it impossible to setup an existing Jabber account.
I believe this might be a Dutch localization issue in Adium X, since a United States situated friend who is running Adium X 1.2.1 in combination with Leopard (10.5.1) *does* have both Jabber ID and Password textfields on the above mentioned account tab.
