Input Text Area doesn't remember the dragged height

Description

SInce upgrading to Adium 1.2, whenever a message window is opened, the input text area at the bottom of the screen is always only one line height high.

In previous releases, it was adjustable... and if you drag to adjust it, it is fine... but any subsequent open of a chat window, including another tab in the same window resets the input text area to be one line height high.

If you change the font size, the input text area changes height to the font size selected, but still only one line.

Maybe related the but #8701 that was recently closed in completing the release of 1.2.

(In [22142]) I broke retention of the minimum text entry height on 10.5 in 1.2. This should fix it. Fixes #8759

Just FYI, I have the same issue in version 1.2, so I can confirm it's a reproducible problem.
