Make use of UPnP support now avaliable in libpurple/pidgim

I realy think that file transfer is a great feature to have. Nowadays it is a little mess, as seen here:  http://trac.adiumx.com/wiki/FileTransfer

But recently, libpurple is supporting UPnP somehow:  http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/2933

I think, though it might be low priority, that would be good to have a ticket set here so you all can organize and set some milestone to it. I don't code myself for apps, only for web, but as I understand libpurple is making it a generic function, and not a protocol dependent one.

Anything libpurple does with respect to UPnP, Adium does.

And for the record, UPnP support was added to libpurple by me and was tested primarily within Adium :)
