Adium contact list scroll bar appearing within maximum width instead of outside of it

When you have a maximum width on your contact list and that maximum width is set to be only the size of your buddy icons, when you have enough buddies online to require a scroll bar for your buddy list, then that scroll bar also appears within the maximum width, effectively blocking out part of the picture.

To adjust the maximum width to allow for the scroll bar means that when not enough buddies are online to require a scroll bar, there is some amount of your status coloring visible on the right side of the contact list.

• Fixed issues with vertical autosizing for normal contact list windows when the toolbar is showing
• Maximum contact list (all contact list window styles) / forced contact list width (bubbles contact list window styles) now refers to the visible contact list, not the window itself. If a scrollbar appears, the window sizes a scrollbar width wider as necessary to maintain the same visible contact list width. Fixes #640.
