save and load (import export) buddy list / contact list

I know that the normal version of AIM has this feature, but i do not wish to use this program for the sole purpose of this one feature, so hopefully it can be added somewhat soon. Adium needs to be able to save every detail about the contact list (alias, order, and screen names of contacts) and also be able to import a previosly saved list. I have a couple screen names, but only use one regularly. When i get on one i dont use often, the contact list is severly outdated. this feATURE would allow me to move my exact list over to several screennames. Also is would aid as a backup feature, so that is ever a fresh install of the OS is needed, your contact list will still remain intact.

I will be tracking this ticket, this is a feature I know I could really use. What would someone have to do if they wanted to join the development team for adium?
