Description
When adding a contract (Contact > Add Contact...) and the username is typed in (ex. john.doe@…) and then click Add, a "ghost" user is added to the contact list. At the same time that this user is added, a dialog stating that an "ambiguous user ID was entered" and gives a selection of who it thought you were trying to add. The SameTime ID that it finds is usually the correct LDAP entry (in our case CN=John Doe,OU=NBC,O=GeneralElectric), but when the user clicks OK on that, then Add on the Add Contact dialog, a SECOND -- BUT CORRECT -- entry is entered.
