add accounts menu confuses novice users

I just talked with a new Adium user trying to add a second AIM account. The experience wasn't positive. It looks like this is what happened:

Preferences -> Accounts -> press the + icon, a window pops up

1. Something is highlighted in the list above, so the menu must apply to what is highlighted, right?

2. Wait, it's a list of account types, I must be changing the account type for the highlighted account?

3. [give up]

4. They circled a bit and then realized what was going on.

Admitting that this is one data point, I do think this is confusing. I suspect there's a simple fix and a "right" fix. The simple fix is to expand the menu titles to be something like "Add an AOL Instant Messenger account", "Add a Jabber account", etc. The "right" fix is to lose the menu and have the + button bring up a dialog box with the options (as how Mail.app does it).

(In [13942]) Added a label at the top of the + menu in the Accounts prefs saying 'Add an account for:' to clarify what the menu is doing. Closes #421
