Closing the filter bar shrinks the contact list window

Summary

Repeated opening and closing of the filter bar when there are no contacts/groups visible causes the contact list window to shrink.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Disconnect all accounts
  2. Type to find
  3. Close filter
  4. Repeat 10 times

Expected results

No shrinkage

This issue also shows in 1.4.x builds.

Interestingly, when there are no contacts/groups visible you cannot invoke the filter bar via its shortcut (cmd-f). So, perhaps the most sensible solution here would be to also disable its invocation via typing when there are no contacts/groups visible.
