Changing Jabber resource requires restart

Description

When I change the Jabber resource setting in Account preferences, it's not enough to reconnect, for the new value to be used, but I need to restart Adium.

(In [15393]) Set the Jabber user name on each connect cycle in case the Resource or Server changed. Fixes #1355
