fr_CA : localization problems

Summary

Eventhough the strings have been translated in the Localizable.strings file that contains 1111 strings, the strings in the attached archive of screenshots show in English.

For Image 6: I cannot find the nib to get the proper spacing to the checkbox open under Élément de menu État

Adium 1.4 build 13 used.

(In  3408b590e325) Set the "Confirm before closing chat windows" as an AILocalizationButton. Fixes #13284.

The problem in "Image 4.png" is fixed by the above change.

Please download the fixed b13 with localization fixes at  http://adiumx.cachefly.net/Adium_1.4b13-localizable.dmg it contains the fixes for the rest, as well as an updated Localizable.strings with WebKit and Twitter strings.
