The Twitter account submenu under the File menu cannot be localized

Summary

Like the screenshot, it just shows the English text and I cannot find the corresponding string in the localization files

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Adium with a Twitter account set up.
2. Open the File menu.
3. Open the Twitter account submenu.

Expected results

See the menu in the language of the user.

Actual results

It displays the menu in English.
