Description

As per  http://status.net/2009/08/28/laconica-is-now-statusnet/ -- the name of Laconica accounts should now be called "StatusNet" accounts.

Attached patch swaps out the name as displayed in the add-account menu. One could more aggressively rename the classes etc but this'll do in a pinch. :)
