Hashtag link with underscore in Twitter message is malformed

The twitter message:

It is a bit unfair for this Japanese show, subtitled in English by fans, to also have copious amounts of German text in it. #ef_melo

posted correctly but the auto-generated link does not include the underscore or the following text and so links to the wrong page.

It behaves the same in both Stockholm and Smooth Operator message styles.

Obviously this is a minor thing but I think it might expose a problem with the twitter message parsing. Let me know if I can do anything to help more. Thanks for all of your work on my favourite IM client! :D

Please try the latest  beta or  release version of Adium to see if this is still an issue.
