Empty detached/borderless list hangs around

Description

When signed out of all services, sizing the list layout to fit horizontally causes a small vertical line of roughly 20 white pixels to be displayed. This is a new issue that has only occurred since the move to version 1.4 betas.

I've attached four images (the first and third images display the bug):

"Isolated" is an isolated shot of the bug.
"Signed In" is the list layout while logged in.
"Signed Out Sized to Fit" shows the bug.
"Signed Out" is the list layout when signed out, without being sized to fit horizontally. This is how the list layout should look.

Regression almost feels overkill for this one, but technically I guess it is one since this behaviour didn't exist in 1.3.

I mirrored your contact list appearance settings exactly, signed out of all accounts and cannot reproduce this.

Has anyone else here been able to reproduce?

I've been experiencing this. Version: Adium hg List Layout: normal (with user icons) Window Style: group bubbles Automatic sizing: yes and yes Max Width: 149px

Yes, I can produce it each time I just go offline.

My settings are: Group boubbles, 179 px max width, autoresizing yes, contact icons showing, list layout aqualicious.

(In  77528d1c767b) The notification selector in the superclass was changed, but this subclassing of it wasn't fully updated. Fixes updating of the hidden/visible state of a borderless contact list based upon whether or not it contains any rows and is supposed to hide when empty. Fixes #12206
