Following yourself on a twitter account causes problems

Wanting to test a few things out, I added myself to my own twitter account. Twitter doesn't allow you to follow yourself, so nothing happened on Twitter's end, but Adium happily added the contact.

When I try to remove the contact, I get the following error:

Unable to remove bjhomer on account bjhomer. Request refused by the server.

The contact remains, and cannot be removed.
