Adium reverts to the default dock icon upon quitting

Description

No matter which I set, Adium always reverts to the default "adiumy green" dock icon when I quit. It affects the built-in alternative icons as well as user installed ones. I have tried reinstalling Adium but to no avail.

I managed to make it work and here is how:

I removed the dock icon then pulled the icon of the app bundle to the dock.

Previously after removing the dock icon I simply used spotlight to start the app and then pull the icon to position to stick to the Dock: this however didn't work.

You have to make sure you pull the app bundle to the dock to fix.
