MSN timeout issue

Description

Over the past few days MSN is kicking back timeout errors after being logged on for a few minutes. Also getting connect/disconnect messages shortly after a series of the timeout errors for each message that was being sent out.

The timeout error message given: "Message could not be sent because of an error with the switchboard occurred:" no other error information is given.
