"Show # recent messages in new chats" stays on when "Log messages" is off.

Description

If you have "Log messages" on and "Show # recent messages in new chats" on and then turn off "Log messages", "Show # recent messages in new chats" stays on and the checkbox becomes disabled. Seems like it should automatically turn off before disabling.

(In [25578]) Don't check "Show X recent messages" when logging isn't enabled. Fixes #11359. (English only; other localizations will work as before and will get the new behavior when updated from the English nib)
