Timestamps include percent signs; inaccurate numbers

This is stems from [24530]. I haven't been able to reproduce it 100%; does it always happen with that message style?

When I started up r24635 I was seeing the same thing. I changed time stamp format in the advanced prefpane the the problem went away, even after changing back to the original format. I just restarted Adium and it's still fine.

I only saw this once, so I'm not really expecting to see it again even if it isn't fixed. However, I see that Evan's changes say "Fix display of times in message styles which specify a strftime-style format string." FWIW, I was using one of my own messagestyles, and which specifies time using a simple %time% without any special formatting.

(In [24699]) Revert NSDateFormatter changes in [24696], [24666], [24646], [24569], [24554], [24531], [24530] for 1.3; I'll keep working on it in trunk. Refs #10620, #10630, #10676, #10682, and probably #10686.

If your timestamps are messed up still, reset your format preferences in Advanced -> Messages.
